What We Install
On the fencing side, we install chain link perimeter fencing in galvanized and vinyl-coated configurations, standard and heavy-duty gauge, with barbed wire or razor wire at the top where required.
We install welded wire fencing for industrial and high-security applications, ornamental iron and steel fencing for commercial properties where appearance is as important as security, and anti-climb configurations where the facility security requirement calls for it.
On the gate and access control side, we install slide gates for commercial vehicle traffic — available in chain link, steel tube, and ornamental styles — and swing gates for lighter vehicle traffic and pedestrian control. We install barrier arm systems for parking lot and access point management, and pedestrian gates with appropriate hardware including push bars and panic hardware where code requires it.
For access control, we install keypad and keycard entry systems, audio and audio-video intercom systems, loop detectors for automatic vehicle exit, and remote control and fob access. Where integration with existing building security systems is possible, we discuss that during the estimation process.

Gate Operators and Automation
A motorized gate is a mechanical and electrical system. Slide gate operators, swing gate operators, and barrier arm systems are sized to the gate weight and the expected cycle frequency. A residential-grade operator on a heavy commercial gate fails quickly. We spec the appropriate equipment for the load and the duty cycle, which is the number of open-close cycles the gate will run per day. A high-traffic commercial entry runs a different operator than a low-traffic employee parking gate.
Access Control Integration
Motorized gates need to be integrated with some form of access control. The options include keypads, intercom systems, card readers, remote fobs, and loop detectors for vehicle exit. The gate and the access system need to be compatible and properly wired. We handle the full integration, not just the gate hardware. If you have an existing access control system, we can discuss compatibility before the job starts.
Permitting and Jurisdiction
Commercial fence and gate work in Santa Clarita, unincorporated LA County, and the Valley cities each have their own permitting requirements, height restrictions, and setback regulations. We know those requirements and pull the permits. You do not need to navigate the jurisdiction yourself.
Job Site Coordination
Commercial projects often run alongside other trades and have schedule constraints that a residential job does not. We coordinate accordingly. Our goal is to complete our scope on time without creating a dependency problem for the rest of the project.
How Commercial Projects Work
We start with a site visit and a conversation about what the fence and gate system needs to do. Not a sales call. We look at the property, understand the security requirement, the access control need, and any site conditions that affect the installation, and we come back with a clear proposal.
We advise on the right specification for the application. If a lighter configuration works for what you need, we will say so. If your site requires heavy-duty equipment, we will explain specifically why. The proposal covers material, gate operator specifications, access control components, and permitting, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Installation is managed by All Star. We are not a general contractor who subcontracts the fence work to a crew you have never met. You know who is on your site. Gate operators are programmed, tested under load, and signed off before the job closes. We provide documentation of our license, insurance certificate, operator manuals, and warranty information for installed equipment.
